PHASE
1

First Garden Villa

In Phase 1, we will build a thoughtfully designed universal home that exceeds ADA standards, creating a safe and welcoming retreat for one to two families at a time. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it will offer the comfort and care of a true home away from home.

Phase 1 Cost: $2.3 million (includes all ground work for 4 phases)

Total Raised (as of 06/01/26): 74% of Funding

PHASE
2

 Gathering Building & Host Home

Phase 2 will create a welcoming space for the community to support families through shared meals, learning, and connection. More than just a building, it will foster belonging and meaningful relationships.

Phase 2 Cost: $4 million

We are currently fundraising and working with the development team.

PHASE
3

Expanding the Welcome

Phase 3 marks the continued growth of the Dream With Us campus with the construction of an additional universal design home. Thoughtfully designed to serve families of all abilities, this home will provide a safe, accessible, and restorative space for families traveling to our community for medical care. As we expand, we increase our ability to say yes to more families needing rest, support, and belonging during some of their most challenging seasons.

Phase 3 Cost: $1 million

PHASE
4

Multiplying Impact

In Phase 4, we will build two additional universal design homes, completing our vision for a community of care on the Dream With Us campus. These homes will allow us to serve multiple families at one time, significantly increasing our reach and deepening our impact. Each home is more than a place to stay—it is a space where families are seen, supported, and reminded they are not alone in their story.

Phase 4 Cost: $1 million

40% of Phase 1 funding is already secured. Funding for other phases to be determined.

Building the Next Chapter

Molly’s House has shown us the power of what happens when families have a place to rest, recover, and feel at home during their child’s care. Now, through our Dream With Us campaign, we’re imagining even more.

We’re raising funds to create additional homes like Molly’s House — places filled with warmth, dignity, and the kind of welcome every family deserves. With your support, we can extend that sense of comfort and community to even more families on the road to healing.
